1. I BELIEVE IN THE INFINITE RESOURCES THAT ARE WITHIN ME. I am capable
of achieving my goals if I set my mind to them and give the best I have.
2. I KNOW I AM TALENTED. I have been gifted with talents that are unique
to me. I can and will develop these talents and the world will benefit because
of the contribution of my talents to the world.
3. I WILL ALWAYS REMAIN HOPEFUL. No matter how difficult life gets there
is hope that resides within me. I will not focus on the adversity or the
negative. I will not let bad things that happen to me take away from my hope.
I will always remain hopeful and know that no matter what life sends me I can
overcome it, grow from it and defeat it. No challenge is beyond my ability.
4. I WILL RESPECT ALL PEOPLE AND THEIR VIEWPOINTS. I know that others
will not always agree with me. I know that other people will offer different
viewpoints. I may not agree with them however I will respect them as they are
human persons just like me and are entitled to their own opinions, just as I am
entitled to mine. I will always try to remain open minded and learn from their
opinions. If I disagree I will always do it respectfully.
5. I WILL ALWAYS DREAM BIG. I will never compromise my dreams because I
do not feel that I am capable. I will continue to set goals and dreams that are
limitless because I have limitless potential that enables me to continue to
dream and to attain my dreams. I am a dreamer and proud of it because in
dreaming I can attain great things.
6. I WILL NEVER UNDERESTIMATE MY CONTRIBUTIONS. I trust in the premise
that even the smallest of my contributions can make a difference in this world.
I will work to make a difference in this world through each one of my thoughts
and gestures. I will not speak negatively of my own or others smallest of
contributions because I know the power they have in the big picture. I will see
every opportunity as an opportunity to make a difference through my word and
action.
7. MY THOUGHTS AND IDEAS ARE WORTHY. I will always attempt to think
through things and contribute my thoughts and ideas. Teenagers are filled with
great ideas that need to be shared with the world. I will always share my
ideas and never think that they are unworthy or not worth sharing.
8. I HAVE A PLACE IN THIS WORLD. I am in this world for a reason. I am
put here to give of myself in ways that will make this world better. I will do
my best to discover my gifts, to find my place and to do what I can to build a
beautiful world where everyone is respected, has enough food to eat, has
shelter and is loved.
9. I WILL PROMOTE JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS ALWAYS. I know that every person
should feel that they belong in the world. I know that their currently exists
numerous injustices. I will make a contribution to correct these injustices
through opportunities that present themselves daily as well as looking for
opportunities to bring justice.
10. I WILL SHARE MY LOVE GENEROUSLY. I know that love is a great healer.
I will make an effort to develop all my God given virtues. I will use these
virtues each day to bring love, kindness and caring to others.
I KNOW THAT I AM CAPABLE OF
GREAT THINGS. I KNOW THAT GREATNESS RESIDES WITHIN ME. I DO NOT HAVE TO SEARCH
ANYWHERE BUT IN MYSELF. I WILL ATTEMPT IN ALL THAT I DO AND SAY TO DEVELOP THIS
GREATNESS THAT IS ALREADY WITHIN ME. WHEN I DO THIS THE WORLD WILL BENEFIT FROM
MY GREATNESS.
