We have worked with teens for over 35 years combined. We have seen the wonderful gifts and talents that they possess. We have witnessed first had profound acts of charity, kindness and goodness. We have seen their thoughts put into action and the wisdom that they have to offer. We believe that teenagers have phenomenal potential. All we need to do is believe in them and help them discover and develop their gifts.
This is the reason the Greatness in Teens web site was created.
We want to proclaim to the world the talents and gifts of our teens. We are tired of media and adults criticizing kids. We are tired of reading stories that focus on the negative. We can assure you that there is much more positive than negative. The only way we will empower teens to be conscientious contributors to society is to believe in them. They are worth believing in, trusting in, and empowering. To do this, we must help them, not criticize them. To do this, we must believe in them, their gifts and their potential. This is what this site is meant to do.
Purpose For The Site
It is meant to create a new vision of teenagers. A vision that enables them to be the best they can be. When we do this, we will see the wonderful contributions that they will make to creating a better world.
